Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Coastline Mobile Detailing website and booking platform. By booking an appointment or using this site, you agree to these terms. Coastline Mobile Detailing is based in Panama City, Florida and serves Bay County and surrounding areas.

Services

We provide mobile auto detailing services at your location. Service availability depends on your address falling within our service area. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a job if conditions (weather, access, vehicle condition) make safe or quality work impossible.

Booking & Deposits

A flat deposit is required to reserve your appointment and is collected through Stripe. The deposit secures your time slot and is applied toward your final service total. Deposits may be non-refundable for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule, contact us at (850) 296-8030. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling. Repeated no-shows may result in forfeiture of future booking privileges.

Limitation of Liability

Coastline Mobile Detailing carries liability insurance. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or conditions not disclosed prior to service. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.
